Services

I provide short and long-term therapy to individual adults over 18 only. I do not see couples, families or children. Sessions are 50 minutes long. I am currently working both in-person and through a secure telehealth platform. Telehealth allows me to see clients living anywhere in California. My office is located in the city of Long Beach in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood.

My current office hours:

Monday: 10:00am-5:00pm (Telehealth)

Tuesday: 9:00am-5:00pm (In-person and telehealth)

Thursday: 10:00am-5:00pm (Telehealth)

Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm (In-person and telehealth)

My fee for therapy is $125 per session. I am currently in-network with the following insurance plans: 

• Aetna
• United Healthcare
• Cigna
• Anthem Blue Cross  
• Blue Shield of California
• Magellan Healthcare
• Carelon Behavioral Health

I accept other PPO plans that allow for out-of-network benefits. Clients using this option will be responsible for verifying their benefits, and will receive a superbill to submit directly to insurance for reimbursement.
